Leave

Balances that are current, and a request that shows the balance it will leave behind.

Accrual, carry over and encashment handled per policy, per country and per contract type. Approvers see the remaining balance and any cover conflict before they decide.

Unpaid leave has no balance. It is priced into the next pay run.
Try it: open a pending request to see the balance it leaves behind.

What it does

Policy, balance and the calendar the team has to work around.

  • Leave types, entitlement and eligibility per country, site or contract type, with effective dates so a policy change does not rewrite history.

  • Monthly or annual accrual, pro rata for joiners and leavers, with carry over caps and expiry dates applied automatically.

  • A request shows the balance it will leave behind, and warns when it takes someone into negative or unpaid territory.

  • Approved and pending absence for the team, with cover conflicts and public holidays per site marked on the same view.

  • National and site holiday lists per year, so a request spanning a holiday does not consume entitlement for it.

  • Encashed balance and unpaid leave both priced into the run, so the payslip and the balance never disagree.
